I’m Maya Sinclair, and I write about crypto the way I learned to cover traditional markets: follow incentives, follow liquidity, and respect the human stories behind the numbers. At Cryptomil, I focus on market narratives, major protocols and ecosystems, and features that connect the day-to-day news to the bigger picture.
I’ve worked across finance media and digital publications, reporting on equities, macro themes, and emerging tech before crypto pulled everything together into one 24/7 arena. That background taught me how to separate trend from cycle, and how to interview builders, investors, and policymakers without turning the piece into marketing—or into fear.
My strengths are market context, editorial storytelling, and sharp explanatory writing. I’m especially interested in how adoption really happens: UX, payments, stablecoins, compliance, and the messy bridge between Web2 habits and Web3 infrastructure. When a story is complicated, I aim to make it readable without flattening the nuance.
When I’m not editing or reporting, I’m usually reading long-form investigations, mapping ecosystems, or hunting for the one chart—or one quote—that makes the entire topic click. I want Cryptomil to feel like a place you can trust on hectic days and still enjoy when you have time to go deeper.
